Marcus Böker is Managing Director of Phoenix Contact Innovation Ventures. For more than 10 years, he has been expanding M&A activities within the Phoenix Contact Group and establishing corporate venturing as a strategic added value. Marcus Böker has more than 20 years of experience in corporate development, M&A and venture activities.
Renzo del Aguila Macher
Managing Director
As Managing Director, Renzo del Aguila Macher drives the initiatives of Phoenix Contact Innovation Ventures. He has more than ten years of experience in M&A, private equity, and venture capital. He has been a member of the Phoenix Contact Group’s M&A team since 2014. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration and his M.A. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Hamburg.
Christian Fasse
Senior Investment Manager
Christian Fasse has been part of the Phoenix Contact Group since 2017. As a Senior Investment Manager, he significantly drives M&A & CVC subjects with more than seven years of experience. He completed his degrees as a B. Sc. Business Administration at the TH Köln and M.Sc. Finance & Accounting at the FOM Düsseldorf. He is certified as an M&A professional by the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Susanne Lammers-Büscher
Business Modelling Managerin
Susanne Lammers-Büscher has been working for Phoenix Contact since 2009. Since 2018, Susanne has been responsible for reporting at Phoenix Contact Innovation Ventures and supports portfolio companies in financial and business modeling.
Max-Friedrich Pieper
Investment Analyst
Max-Friedrich Pieper is an investment analyst at Phoenix Contact Innovation Ventures and a consultant in the M&A department of the Phoenix Contact Group. He joined Phoenix Contact in 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Production & Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Lemgo.
